Hi, I'm Erica!
I am an ADHD Life Coach with a Bachelor's in Psychology from UCF. I live in Florida and love to spend my days off adventuring with my husband, boating, spoiling my dogs and cats, participating in game nights, and traveling.
After experiencing multiple misdiagnoses and finally being diagnosed with ADHD at 26, my journey led me to discover a deep passion for helping others who face similar challenges. My coaching focuses on empowering clients to embrace their ADHD as a strength while fostering growth, clarity, and self-awareness. My holistic approach is rooted in my core values of of honesty, empathy, and authenticity. I am committed to meeting you where you are, helping you bridge the gap between where you are and where you want to be.

People with ADHD often feel like their brains are juggling 100 things at once— sometimes it's exciting, sometimes overwhelming. It is more than just feeling scattered or hyperactive—it's a unique way of experiencing the world!
What is ADHD?
"
ADHD is not a disability, it's a different ability."
- Edward M. Hallowell
So what makes ADHD brains different? ADHD brains are different in chemistry, structure, and function. These differences impact areas like the frontal lobe and limbic system, which play a big role in executive function and emotional regulation.
This means things like keeping track of time, managing tasks, and handling emotions can be tricky. But here's the cool part: ADHD is different for everyone! No two brains are the same, and while some struggle with focus, others thrive on creativity, hyperfocus, and innovation. ADHD is like a diverse toolkit—learning how to use it can unlock amazing strengths and possibilities!
